I am more than happy to pay my fair share of taxes.
In my opinion, our taxes should be allocated to -
Fire and Police services – We need more money for cops and less for Bums and criminals. These are the Good Guys.
Prisons – People, look at what Sherrif Joe is doing in Arapaho County, AZ. Model prison. Minimize expenses here.
Military Forces – Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and US Coast Guard.
Roads and Highways – Built by private contractors. It will come in under budget and on time, every time.
Education – Eliminate the WEA and give parents school choice. Competition is good, here.
We should have a flat tax system that allows us to allocate our tax money where “WE THE PEOPLE” see fit.
People, Reject all new taxes. Legislators, make budget cuts and cut taxes.

Can someone tell me what the difference is from HB 2231 on this other than it is a different Liberal Democrat sponsoring it?

Looks as though the state property tax refunds were a sham from the beginning. Give some’s tax money back only to take it from someone else. This is not good goverenance.
