Eric Oemig, (D-Kirkland) (D) on January 27, 2009, requires the use of electronic methods for taxes administered by the department of revenue, including filing of taxes, payment of taxes, assessment of taxes, and other taxpayer information. The department may waive the requirement for good cause. (See Companion HB 1767).
