Introduced by Sen. Mary Margaret Haugen, (D-Camano Island) (D) on January 20, 2009, modifies sourcing provisions under the streamlined sales and use tax agreement. Provides that retail sales of tangible and digital goods shall be sourced to the location where the order is received by the seller if the order is received in this state by the seller and where receipt of the product by the purchaser or the purchaser's donee occurs in this state.
