Why is it limited to the SR 16? This should apply for any road projects. As a matter of fact why pay taxes on any public works projects?

The people will be paying for it as a markup costing us more money. Let’s get people with business experience looking at this stuff insteat of do-nothing state legislators who refuse to cut costs like we must whenever they raise taxes.
