Summary: Introduced by Rep. David Taylor, (R-Moxee) (R) on January 11, 2010, allows a county legislative authority to excuse or reduce payments required of the department of fish and wildlife for land in which the department has an active grazing lease. The act also requires the department of fish and wildlife to pay for land transferred to it by other departments once enacted, however retroactive payments are not required.
