Introduced by Rep. Mark Ericks, (D-Bothell) (D) on January 21, 2009, to add a sales and use tax exemption for durable in home medical equipment and for components of prosthetic devices. The exemption also includes mobility enhancing equipment. A new section is created to cover sales and use tax exemptions for oxygen tanks and other related materials.
