Introduced by Rep. Ed Orcutt, (R-Kalama) (R) on January 21, 2009, extends the 25 day exception for property used by an entity not otherwise eligible for the property tax exemption to 50 days for artistic, scientific, and historical property when the property is located in the unincorporated area of a county and is used only for meetings of nonprofit organizations.
