Introduced by Rep. Jeff Morris, (D-Mt. Vernon) (D) on January 12, 2009, requires that any governmental or business entity that sells or issues an identification device that is not disabled at the time of sale or issuance, must clearly and conspicuously label the device and as well s its packaging. Applies to identification devices that use radio frequency or facial recognition technology. Universally accepted symbols, when available, are required.
